Peace! At a graduation ceremony today at the Ghana Immigration Service Academy – Assin Fosu, Rev Fr. Richard Gilbert Arhin was Commissioned with the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Immigration (ASI). He, with Rev Fr. Otmar Anane Yeboah from Takyieman Diocese, are the first Catholic Chaplains in the Immigration Service.
On behalf of Archbishop Kwofie, we congratulate him and wish him well in the Service.
